Individual Support
Individual Support Services enhance essential skills for success in home and community settings. Our trained support workers use evidence-based methods to deliver personalized care, focusing on behavioral training, self-care, adaptive skills, and community inclusion. Services are provided in the client’s home or other community settings, tailored to individual needs.
